Job summary

Leapin Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist traders on our Crypto, CFD, and FinTech platform. You will handle inquiries via live chat, email, and ticketing systems, support account registration, KYC, deposits/withdrawals, and educate users on platform features.

You will investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams, uphold data privacy, and help maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Services.
• Strong written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and professionally.
• Interest in Crypto, Forex, CFD, FinTech, or Financial Markets.
• Comfortable using CRM, ticketing systems, live chat platforms, and office software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Assist users with account registration, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, account security, and trading-related inquiries.
• Guide customers on platform features, trading products, order status, margin requirements, and platform rules.
• Investigate customer issues, collect relevant information, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Follow up on inquiries and ensure customers receive timely updates on ongoing cases.
• Handle complaints professionally and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and contribute to the improvement of internal knowledge bases and service processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and customer data protection requirements.
