Better Payment Network (BPN) invites a penultimate-year or recent graduate to join our onboarding team. You’ll coordinate partner setup, KYB documents, and compliance checks from signed agreement to first live transaction, gaining exposure to cross-border fintech and crypto spaces.

You’ll work with BD, Compliance, Tech and Ops to move cases through onboarding stages, maintain trackers, and draft partner materials, with mentorship and a monthly internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be a penultimate-year/final-year student or recent graduate in a relevant field.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage many open cases without slipping.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents and data.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new partners and clients, acting as day-to-day contact during setup.
• Collect, check and organise KYB documents such as corporate docs, licences, UBO information and source-of-funds evidence.
• Prepare onboarding packs for Compliance review and follow up on gaps or requests.
• Work with BD, Compliance, Tech and Ops to move cases through stages: setup, integration, testing and go-live.
• Keep onboarding trackers and CRM accurate, report weekly on pipeline status and blockers.
• Draft partner-facing materials such as onboarding guides, checklists, FAQs and welcome kits.
• Identify friction and suggest fixes like templates, automation, or clearer requirements.
