Job summary

Better Payment Network (BPN), incubated via Binance Yzilabs, seeks a senior LATAM partnerships leader to drive cross-border payments expansion. This hybrid role blends Financial Institution business development with merchant acquiring, targeting Brazil, Mexico and Argentina, and leveraging a senior network across banks, PSPs, acquirers, fintechs, and other licensed institutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments, fintech, banking or cross-border payments in Latin America.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian, Mexican and Argentine banking/payment ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own BPN’s FI network across Latin America, focusing on Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
• Build strategic relationships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, VASPs and other licensed financial institutions.
• Identify strongest local partners for collection, payout, FX and stablecoin settlement.
• Structure partnerships covering commercial terms, use cases, pricing and payment flows.
• Maintain senior-level relationships and position BPN as a strategic partner.
• Build LatAm merchant acquisition strategy and originate large merchants and payment flows in e-commerce, cross-border trade and logistics.
• Develop relationships with marketplaces, exporters/importers, merchant aggregators and PSPs with meaningful volume.
• Convert network capabilities into merchant propositions and scalable payment corridors.
• Own pipeline quality, conversion, activation and TPV/revenue.
