Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale CRM/email initiative. You will partner with account leads, creatives and production teams, manage budgets and timelines, and act as a primary client contact across a fully remote, global team.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, adapt to changing requirements, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a related field.
• CRM experience on agency or client side.
• Client-facing program management experience in an interactive agency or in-house creative department.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Thrives on change with multiple projects.
• Multitasks across small to large projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
• Experience collaborating with creative and web teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account leads, creative leads, designers, writers, and other program managers.
• Schedule internal and client-facing meetings.
• Create custom project plans based on project needs.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Be a key point of client contact.
• Work with campaign managers, production teams and stakeholders.
• Be flexible to client feedback.
• Ensure content consistency across emails in the program ecosystem.
• Manage resources within the account and with other project managers.
