Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Fire Safety Professional to lead fire safety management, oversee certifications and ensure regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.

You will drive risk assessment, plan development, and training, while coordinating with various teams to maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity readiness during peacetime and crisis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline as listed.
• Possess valid Senior Fire Safety Manager certification.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of fire safety legislation and codes.

Responsabilités

• Implement, maintain and monitor fire safety measures to protect staff, patients, visitors and assets.
• Support identification and management of fire risks and development of fire safety plans.
• Coordinate fire prevention and emergency response activities and training.
• Oversee premises remodelling for compliance with fire safety requirements.
• Support BCM, emergency preparedness and crisis response activities.
• Report to Senior Manager (CPO) on ERP/EEP/IPP/APP readiness.
• Coordinate Fire Certificates applications and renewals.
• Review designs for fire safety provisions and conduct risk assessments.
• Plan and conduct fire drills and training, track improvements.
• Liaise with departments, contractors and regulatory authorities.
