About the job Crewing Officer (Ship Management)

About the Job:

• Data entry and accounting/crewing into the internal system.
• Scheduling of an in-person office visit and an online crew briefing.
• Help and support the team leader or crewing manager in overseeing the crew and adhering to the rules regulating the company's vessels.
• Make sure the crewing tasks are carried out in accordance with the company's policies.
• Managing visas and making sure staff certification laws are followed.
• Make sure that all incoming and outgoing invoices, along with any associated crewing, are tracked, adhered to, and authorised as needed.
• Before joining the crew, check and confirm the qualifications and paperwork.
• Make sure that crewing operations, including crew changes, sourcing, recruitment, and retention, are carried out efficiently.
• Any additional ad hoc tasks that are allocated.
