GREATSHIP GLOBAL OFFSHORE SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Manning Officer to recruit officers and crew for vessels, in line with regulatory and company policies.

You will monitor crew records, certificates, visas, medicals, and sea time, arrange travel, and optimize costs, while coordinating with offices to ensure timely salary payments. The role includes ERP data management, vendor evaluation, and broader operational support as required by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘A’ Level Education or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experienced in a similar capacity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well with small teams.

Responsabilités

• Recruit officers and crew for vessels per regulations and policy.
• Monitor crew records, training certificates, medical reports, visas, and sea time.
• Arrange travel for crew mobilisation/demobilisation; book air, ferry, land, visas, and hotels.
• Coordinate with the office for timely salary payments and allowances.
• Maintain crew data in the company ERP (Sign On/Off).
• Evaluate vendor performance (manning, travel, port agents).
• Annual assessment of service providers and provide feedback.
• Assist other operational functions and office administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment of officers and crew on the vessels as per regulatory, company policy and commercial requirements, in consultation with Manager- Manning.

2. Monitor and update crews’ personal records, ensure all crew have all the essential training certificates, medical reports, visas, sea time records to meet matrix and company requirements.

3. Facilitate travel arrangements for crew mobilization and demobilization, including booking air, ferry, and land tickets, visa applications, and hotel accommodations. Optimize crew travel costs.

4. Coordinate with office team for timely payments of salary & applicable allowance.

5. Maintains crew data on company ERP systems and update regularly (Sign On & Sign Off).

6. Vendor performance Management Evaluation of Vendor Performance (manning agent, travel agent, port agent)

7. Undertake an annual assessment of services provider, provides feedback and accordingly advice as to continue / change the service providers.

8. Assist other operational functions and office administration on tasks assigned by the management.

9. Other duties as may be assigned by Manager and Management.
