Job summary

CHEMIKALIEN SEETRANSPORT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to organize crew changes, maintain crew records, and develop crew line-ups in coordination with the Senior Manager - Crewing.

You will verify STCW certificates, arrange travel documents, medicals, and visas, and prepare employment contracts. The role includes coordinating with masters/engineers and crew suppliers to ensure accurate billing and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare crew change and rotation plans for rehirable crew in coordination with the Senior Manager - Crewing
• Develop crew line-ups and submit for Senior Manager - Crewing approval
• Maintain and update crew personal data and plan crew changes accurately
• Verify validity of crew travel documents, STCW certificates, and licenses to ensure compliance
• Process travel documents, visa applications, air ticketing, and arrange pre-employment medical exams for directly employed crew
• Prepare Seafarers Contracts of Employment in consultation with the Assistant Crewing Manager
• Organize briefing sessions for Masters and Chief Engineers in Singapore
• Liaise effectively with crew suppliers to coordinate crew logistics
• Compile crew Protection & Insurance (P&I) claims accurately
• Review and verify monthly invoices related to crew management
• Enter and update crew personal data into Personnel Software systems
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager - Crewing
