Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking a Ride Operator to ensure safe, smooth operation of attractions. You will conduct safety checks, greet guests, load/unload rides, and assist with crowd control while maintaining pristine ride areas.

The role requires strong communication, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods. Shift work including evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ’O/N’ Levels or ITE.
• Prior operations experience of at least 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate rides in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct pre-opening and closing checks to ensure equipment and areas are safe and operational.
• Provide excellent guest service, including greeting guests, answering enquiries, and assisting with loading and unloading the rides.
• Monitor guest behaviour and enforce safety rules to ensure a safe environment.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to technical difficulties, guest incidents, or emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of ride areas.
• Support crowd control and queue management during peak periods.
• Report any ride malfunctions, abnormalities, or safety concerns to supervisors.
