Job summary

Provide service or/& assistance to guests to ensure that their visit to Singapore Flyer is pleasant & memorable

Job Description

• Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one
• Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights
• Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite
• Checking tickets at entry point before admission
• Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests, PSD guests, etc
• Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points
• Rotating shift work is required
• Any other duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• N’ Levels and above
• Some customer service experience required
