Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily crew activities, train staff, and ensure grooming, conduct, and safety standards are met. You will maintain records, address guest concerns, and support crowd management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of operations experience and a diploma or equivalent in tourism or related field. Shift work including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification as stated: GCE 'O/N' Levels/ ITE/ Diploma in Tourism or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily crew activities ensuring grooming, conduct, and operational standards.
• Assist in training crew members to uphold service standards.
• Maintain routine records such as lead observations, daily operating reports, ride/show quality records, timekeeping, and scheduling.
• Attend to guest concerns and resolve emergencies promptly.
• Ensure park readiness and operational excellence to enhance guest experience.
• Support crowd control and queue management during peak periods.
• Report ride malfunctions and safety concerns to management.
