Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Qualifications in Maritime Studies, Nautical Studies or Maritime Transportation would be advantageous.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in crewing or marine personnel operations.
• Good written and spoken English to communicate with vessels and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, arrange and monitor crew changes to ensure smooth operations.
• Liaise with vessels, port agents and recruitment agents on crew movements and marine personnel matters.
• Verify crew certificates and documentation to ensure they are valid and complete.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and marine personnel policies.
• Maintain crew records and administer the ship management system.
• Manage crew appraisal reports, P&I-related documentation, and travel invoices.
• Provide administrative support and undertake other duties as assigned.
