Job summary

caliber8 is seeking an experienced Fleet Personnel Manager / Crew Manager with a strong offshore marine background to lead crewing operations for DP2 and related vessels.

You will manage crew planning, recruitment, deployment, rotation, certification and compliance, while ensuring STCW, MLC and Flag State requirements are met.

The role demands hands-on leadership, managing manning agencies and multinational crews, and strong stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Strong crewing / fleet personnel management experience.
• Experience supporting DP2 vessels.
• Strong exposure to Offshore, Subsea, Construction and Diving Support Vessels.
• Hands-on experience in crew planning, recruitment, deployment, rotation, certification and compliance.
• Good knowledge of STCW, MLC and Flag State requirements.
• Experience managing manning agencies and multinational offshore crews.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
