Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a detail-oriented professional for the Client Services (Credit) - Collections unit in Singapore. The role supports delinquency management and payment rescheduling within Consumer Banking.

Responsibilities include data entry, account maintenance, UAT participation, responding to inquiries, and general duties. Requirements: Diploma or Degree, at least 2 years banking experience, MS Office proficiency, English fluency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Good knowledge/understanding of banking and financial services.
• Fluency in English.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support such as data entry, account maintenance, document retrieval, archival, letter and mail handling.
• Review accounts received in the working queue.
• Participate in user acceptance test (UAT) for process automation.
• Respond to internal enquiries on account maintenance matter.
• Handle any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
