Maybank Singapore is seeking a Custodian & Support Officer to safeguard credit and security documentation while supporting key operational controls and administrative functions. You will join a collaborative, high-performing team committed to governance, operational excellence and customer trust.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification with at least 3 years' experience.
• Includes at least 1 year in banking operations, custody or records management.
• Experience with corporate loan credit and security documents is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage lodgement, safekeeping, withdrawal, transfer and storage of credit files and security documents.
• Maintain custody of important documents with proper controls and records.
• Administer user access, system requests and access reviews.
• Conduct searches and support information retrieval for business units.
• Prepare operational reports, statistics and admin records.
• Coordinate with auditors, law firms, insurers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure compliance with document custody requirements.
