Job summary

Bank of Singapore Limited in Singapore is seeking a diligent professional to prepare standard and bespoke facility, security and ancillary documentation in line with credit approvals and internal policies. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate completion of mortgage documentation and ensure accuracy of all conditions and covenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit documentation or related banking documentation.
• Meticulous with strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Able to prioritise, organise and work independently.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Experience liaising with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and bespoke facility, security and auxiliary documentation per credit approvals and policies.
• Include relevant conditions, covenants and clauses in drafted documentation.
• Manage overview of issued documents and track return.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate completion of mortgage documentation.
• Perform checks for completeness and accuracy; validate conditions precedent.
• Review legal opinions for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Track deficiencies and escalate as required.
• Lodge completed documentation for safekeeping and maintain credit files.
• Provide support for queries from Front Office and assist with projects and system enhancements.
