Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or vocational equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Experience using Excel for collection activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure statements of accounts are accurate before sending to customers monthly.
• Carry out credit checks according to Survitec Credit process and record outcomes.
• Manage and resolve customer disputes to ensure invoices are paid in full and on time.
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts using Excel or other efficient tools.
• Persuade customers to pay amounts due and arrange extensions within authority.
• Record information about financial status of customers and collection efforts.
• Notify customers of delinquencies and review terms of sales, credit, or service agreements.
• Identify and address customer questions regarding account problems and required actions.
