Job summary

Monee SG Private Limited is seeking a Credit Collection Strategy Analyst to join our regional team. You will use customer data, repayment patterns, and risk signals to design and refine collection policies across consumer and SME portfolios.

Work with local risk, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate insights into scalable decision rules and system capabilities, monitor performance, and report findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL is preferred; Python/SAS/R are advantageous.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and structuring problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data-driven collection strategies for consumer and SME credit portfolios across regional markets.
• Analyze customer behaviour, repayment patterns, delinquency trends, and strategy performance to identify opportunities and emerging risks.
• Design customer segmentation, prioritization, treatment, and contact strategies across different stages of delinquency.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators, conduct deep-dive analysis, and recommend strategy enhancements.
• Work closely with local teams to understand market-specific needs and implement strategy changes related to local operations.
