Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Assessment, and Collections in a global enterprise.
• Proficiency in Business Japanese (spoken and written, JLPT N2/N1 equivalent).
• Experience re-engineering, automating financial workflows; familiarity with AI in operations.

Responsibilities

• Account & Credit Portfolio Management for regional monthly invoicing clients.
• Evaluate and approve credit line requests and new account applications.
• Direct collection initiatives and track remittance documentation for regional portfolios.
• Facilitate dispute resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate and adjust credits, memos, write-offs per governance.
• Oversee invoice generation, statements, and reconciliations.
• Operational Compliance & Outsourcing Governance.
• Follow SOPs and DTPs; align with offshore collection teams.
• Audit cash allocation processes by third-party vendors.
