Job summary

MoNeed in Singapore is seeking a Credit Product Manager to shape the portfolio strategy, design pricing and repayment features, and drive scalable growth.

You will enhance user experience, manage existing customers, run campaigns, and collaborate with risk, IT, and other teams to deliver data-driven decisions that support sustainable expansion of our digital lending platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields.
• 3+ years of experience in consumer/digital/SME lending or similar retail financial products.
• Builder mindset with customer management experience in consulting, internet, fintech, banking, or financial institutions.
• Proven data analytics expertise to drive informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• 3 years or above of experience, preferably in consumer/digital/SME lending, or similar retail financial products.

• Proven data analytics expertise to drive informed decision-making.
