TEMBUSU FINANCIAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Loan Processing professional to handle applications, verify borrower details, and support disbursement activities.

You will liaise with dealers to ensure complete documentation, assist with online hire purchase rollout, and maintain MIS dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level or higher.
• 2 years' experience in a credit processing role, preferably in car financing.

Responsabilités

• Receive & process all loan applications
• Assist in vehicle valuations, perform borrower credit searches, verification checks
• Follow-up with dealers to ensure document completeness for applications and disbursements
• Handle all aspects of disbursements from Hire Purchase agreement documentation to system account creation/data inputs
• Support the roll-out and adoption of online hire purchase application
• Handle and process all sales leads generated across various marketing channels eg website, online, social media, eDM, phone-ins, referrals, cross-sell etc
• Update sales dashboards, sharepoint reports and all MIS as required
• Act as alternate point-of-contact for dealers in resolving issues relating to applications & disbursements
