Responsibilities

• Develop and execute non-traditional sourcing strategies, including but not limited to social media platforms, professional communities, referral networks, alumni groups, industry forums, and talent mapping
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates who may not be actively job-seeking through traditional channels
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across various business units
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and sourcing priorities
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to determine suitability
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and channel effectiveness
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor talent movement, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent through non-traditional platforms
• Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through to offer stage
