Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Deep understanding of industry markets or multiple markets.
• Proficiency with specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Boolean).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and market analysis abilities.
• Ability to handle candidate data with confidentiality and compliance.
• Capacity to manage multiple sourcing tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with goals.
• Post attractive adverts on niche boards to attract target candidates.
• Identify and connect with potential candidates via online platforms and networks.
