Job summary

Alinea Collective invites a Design Intern (Creative Production) to join our Singapore team. You’ll work across creative production, branding and content, gaining hands-on experience on moodboards, decks, layouts and event visuals.

Gain exposure to commercial photography and video productions while shaping brand identity and design for international campaigns. Immediate/flexible start, 3–6 month duration, with competitive allowance based on experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Digital Media or related discipline.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of Lightroom, Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Singaporean or eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop moodboards and visual references for client & events.
• Design presentation decks and creative proposals.
• Create layouts, graphics and marketing collateral.
• Assist with branding and campaign visuals.
• Support the design of event activations and experiences.
• Curate image selections and presentation materials for client reviews.
• Assist during commercial photography and video productions.
• Prepare creative references, shot plans and production documents.
• Source props, materials and visual inspiration.
• Organise creative assets and project files.
• Design content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Create behind-the-scenes content and visual storytelling assets.
• Help maintain Alinea Collective's visual identity across all touchpoints.

What You'll Be Working On

As part of the creative team, you'll gain hands-on experience across every stage of commercial production.

Creative & Design

• Develop moodboards and visual references for client & events
• Design presentation decks and creative proposals
• Create layouts, graphics and marketing collateral

• Support the design of event activations and experiences
