Job summary

Alchemist Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations in a fast-growing multi-outlet F&B brand across Singapore. You will collaborate with the operations team to attract, onboard, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.

The role requires hands-on HRMS and payroll experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a lean team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on payroll and recruitment experience in F&B, retail, or a recruitment agency environment.
• Proficiency in HRMS and payroll systems — familiarity with Talenox and Deputy is a strong advantage.
• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Strong communicator across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time using Talenox, including CPF submissions and IR21 clearance.
• Manage recruitment cycle for outlet and operations roles, from postings to interviewing and offers.
• Prepare HR correspondence and employment letters, including salary adjustments and verifications.
• Support employee relations, counselling, grievances, and offboarding procedures.
• Archive and maintain employee records across HR systems.
