Managerial experience preferred.
Experience using booking systems and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bookings through online systems, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Coordinate bookings for individuals, groups, coaches, and corporate events.
Monitor court availability and maximize utilization during peak/off-peak periods.
Prevent double bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate changes promptly.
Handle cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, credits, waiting lists, and no-show cases.
Maintain accurate booking records, customer details, payment status, and special requests.
Review trends and recommend improvements to pricing, packages, promotions, and hours.
Oversee opening/closing of facility and supervise reception, attendants, cleaners, and staff.
