Job summary

COURTS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Facilities Management leader to oversee hard and soft services across our property portfolio.

You will manage preventive maintenance, security, housekeeping, and front‑of‑house logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements include 4–6 years in commercial facilities/property management, a Diploma in FM or related engineering, and solid CMMS/BMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Commercial Facilities Management or related leadership role
• Diploma in Facilities Management or Engineering equivalent
• Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, safety acts, and fire regulations
• Experience with CMMS/BMS and vendor coordination
• Excellent negotiation and cross‑functional communication

Responsibilities

• Hard Services: Preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and power systems.
• Soft Services: Security, CCTV, access control, housekeeping, sanitation, visitor logistics.
• Vendor & Project Management: Prepare scopes, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, supervise third‑party contractors.
• Health & Safety & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, emergency planning, and risk assessments.
• Financial & Sustainability: Budgeting for OPEX/CAPEX and drive energy efficiency initiatives.
