Job summary

The role requires shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in operation/sports or related field preferred.
• Experience in facility operations, F&B, sports venues, or booking management.
• Managerial experience preferred.
• Experience using booking systems and POS systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of pickleball is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily court bookings through online systems, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate bookings for individuals, groups, coaches, corporate events, and private functions.
• Monitor court availability and maximize utilization during peak/off-peak periods.
• Prevent double bookings, resolve conflicts, and communicate changes promptly.
• Oversee facility opening/closing and keep areas clean and ready.
• Prepare staff schedules and supervise operations personnel.
• Handle payments, reconciliations, and administrative records.
• Coordinate events and programmes including tournaments and coaching sessions.
• Promote services and monitor revenue opportunities.
