Hoper Recruitment Ltd. is sourcing a Country Manager for a multinational freight forwarding company in Singapore.

You will lead, manage and scale national operations, driving P&L performance, commercial growth and operational excellence. We seek strategic leaders from Sales, Operations, or Product/Procurement backgrounds, with fluency in English and local language, and the ability to inspire teams and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required and business acumen essential.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in a multinational freight forwarding environment.
• Strong expertise in Air/ Ocean Freight and cost/risk management.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performance teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee national freight forwarding operations with emphasis on P&L performance and growth.
• Plan and implement strategic objectives across all stations to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive financial controls, budgeting, and long-term planning for profitable growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to open new stations and shape service offerings.
• Develop local staff, foster a high-performance culture and ensure travel readiness.
