Job summary

NodeFlair, in partnership with a leading FinTech company, invites applications for a Country Manager position in Singapore. This strategic leader will drive growth, P&L, and in-market operations while collaborating with regional leadership to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The role requires building and guiding a cross-functional team across Account Management, Sales, BD, Marketing, Ops, and Content, and executing local strategies that optimize performance and expand

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
• HOD/leadership roles in Account Management, Sales, BD, Operations, or Growth.
• Experience in eCommerce, retail tech, software, or financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with retail financial products and their commercial cycles.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Country management experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English + local language).
• Digital-savvy with core finance and HR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage local P&L and growth targets.
• Develop quarterly/annual plans and budgets with Group GM.
• Lead a cross-functional team (Accounts, Sales, BD, Marketing, Ops, Content).
• Oversee daily operations and improve operational effectiveness.
• Execute local strategies across commercial, marketing, content and product teams.
• Secure favorable pricing, exclusive campaigns, and expand merchant/supplier network.
• Enhance customer experience, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
