Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven sales leader with a strong background in digital, social, print, and integrated advertising solutions. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow key client accounts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to coach junior sales team members while collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns successfully.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years in digital/media advertising sales.
• Min. 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in growing client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads.
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients and accounts.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions across digital, social, print, and other media platforms.
• Lead negotiations and drive new business and account growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of advertising campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales team members.

• Up to $5,000/month + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in digital, social medial, print and integrated advertising solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and digital campaign metrics is an advantage.
