Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a venue sales and coordination role for corporate events at City Hall. You will handle sales, marketing, coordination and operations of corporate events such as dinners, galas, product launches, seminars and concerts, ensuring client needs are met.

Candidates with a diploma and 1 year in events or related fields are welcome; weekend work is required with in-lieu; working hours are 9am-6pm; office located at City Hall.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• At least 1 year experience in event/hotel boutique/sales/operations.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays with in-lieu.

Responsibilities

• Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate events.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect event facilities to ensure they conform to customer requirements.
• Coordinate services for events (accommodation, transportation, catering, signage, displays, needs).
• Arrange availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation and other event needs.
• Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets and services per customer requirements.
