Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a venues sales and events coordinator to handle sales & coordination for corporate events such as gala dinners, product launches, seminars, and concerts.

You will oversee event coordination, monitor activities for compliance, arrange services, and ensure customer requirements are met. The role requires a diploma and at least 1 year in event/hospitality/sales, with willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma holder required.
• 1 year experience in event/hotel boutique/sales/operations preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays, with off-in-lieu as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate events.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with regulations and participant satisfaction, and resolve issues.
• Inspect event facilities to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate services for events, including accommodation, transportation, catering, signage and displays.
• Arrange availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays and other event needs.
• Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to customer requirements.
