Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Venue Sales & Events Coordinator to manage the sales, marketing, and operational coordination for corporate events, such as gala dinners, product launches, seminars, and concerts. You will ensure facilities meet customer requirements and coordinate services including catering, transport, and AV equipment.

Candidates should have a Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with willingness to work weekends and public holidays; off in lieu

Qualifications

Min Diploma Holder.
At least 1 year experience in event / hotel boutique / sales / operations duties are preferred for this role.
Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays, off in lieu if working on PH.

Responsibilities

Sales, marketing, coordination and operation of corporate event.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirement.
Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.
Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, And other event needs.
Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to customer requirement
