Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive professional to support corporate development initiatives, identify strategic partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive growth and governance.

You will prepare management reports, analyze market trends, and engage with clients and candidates to advance organisational objectives. This role requires a diploma or higher and strong communication skills, with hours 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of corporate development initiatives driving growth and excellence
• Identify strategic partnerships and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Research market trends, industry developments and competitors for decision support
• Prepare reports, presentations and proposals for management review
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure on-time, in-scope deliverables
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies and governance
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute insights to improve business effectiveness
• Represent the organisation professionally in meetings and corporate engagements
