Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. seeks a public engagement specialist to plan and execute community initiatives in Singapore. You will develop outreach programmes, manage events from concept to completion, and nurture relationships with community groups and media partners.

Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand-aligned engagement, create press materials, monitor sentiment, and prepare actionable reports. This is a professional role requiring strong communication and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute public engagement initiatives to strengthen community relationships and brand visibility.
• Develop and manage outreach programmes, events, and community activities from concept to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with community groups, media partners, and stakeholders.
• Create press releases, event materials, and digital communications for external audiences.
• Monitor public sentiment and media coverage to identify engagement opportunities and protect reputation
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand-aligned public engagement efforts
• Represent the organisation at events, forums, and stakeholder engagements with professionalism
• Track effectiveness and prepare reports with actionable recommendations

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute public engagement initiatives that strengthen community relationships and enhance brand visibility
• Develop and manage outreach programmes, public events, and community engagement activities from concept to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, media partners, and key public stakeholders
• Create compelling public-facing content including press releases, event materials, and digital communications
• Monitor public sentiment and media coverage to identify engagement opportunities and manage reputation effectively
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure all public engagement efforts are brand-aligned
• Represent the organisation at public events, community forums, and stakeholder engagements with professionalism
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of public engagement initiatives and prepare reports with actionable recommendations
