Job summary

Our client, a financial institution, seeks an experienced Corporate Banking L2 Application Support professional to provide functional and technical support for critical banking applications. The role acts as a liaison between business users, L3 teams, infrastructure, and external vendors.

Responsibilities include incident management, system monitoring, and continuous improvement across CASA, loans, treasury, GL, payments, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of corporate banking products, processes, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on application support experience in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 (L2) application support for corporate banking applications and business users.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, user enquiries, and operational issues.
• Support Windows and Linux environments as required and coordinate with L3 and vendors.
