Job summary
Pratt & Whitney Singapore is seeking a CORE Engineer to drive CORE/continuous improvement initiatives on onsite operations. You’ll align CORE and SPS plans with the factory roadmap, facilitating Lean projects and training cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include deploying CORE concepts, supporting digital transformation, and ensuring data readiness for standard work. Fresh graduates or with 2–4 years of engineering experience are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering with 2–4 years experience or a Bachelor's in Engineering/CS.
- Strong data handling and MES/ERP familiarity.
- Excellent project coordination and documentation skills.
- Attention to data accuracy to prevent production issues.
Responsibilities
- Drive CORE deployment across operations to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery targets.
- Lead CORE/CCR initiatives and Kaizen events to improve processes.
- Support Digital Transformation with Power Apps and Power Automate deployments.
- Ensure data structures support transformation initiatives and standard work.
