PRATT & WHITNEY COMPONENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a CORE Manager to drive CORE/SPS initiatives across Asia Pacific Aftermarket Operations, aligning global goals with regional strategies and delivering operational excellence.

You will lead the rollout of CCRs, collaborate with Digital Transformation, and guide Lean Six Sigma projects, training, and metrics to improve daily workflows and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and executing operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CORE/Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application to business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams, managing multiple priorities and driving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferr)

Responsabilités

• Drive CORE and SPS initiatives aligned with business strategies.
• Develop and implement strategic CORE/SPS plans with clear short- and long-term goals aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee CORE Control Room implementation across Aftermarket Operations.
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation teams to deploy visual management tools.
• Lead SPS-related initiatives including planning, metrics, training, playbooks, and incorporating feedback from AAR sessions.
• Coordinate resources and facilitate Kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma activities to improve daily workflows.
• Review AMO control towers for RTX auditing requirements and regulatory standards.
• Oversee training and certification programs for CORE.
• Guide process improvement projects across functions.
