Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Engineering Technician to support Continuous Improvement Process/Projects in Singapore. You will drive operational excellence using CORE, lead data-driven improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

The role requires a Diploma in Industrial Engineering with 2–5 years of related experience and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Power Platform tools. Company transport provided and on-site work in Singapore.

Qualifications

Diploma in Industrial Engineering or similar technical field.
Strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and structured problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

Apply continuous improvement tools and CORE program to achieve EH&S, quality and customer satisfaction goals.
Train and prepare teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Support CORE Sub-Committees activities and cross-functional projects.
Collaborate with Operations to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and performance reports for data-driven decisions.
Support digitalization using Power Platform to streamline processes and improve reporting.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Model manufacturing processes with FlexSim or similar simulation tools.
