RTX Singapore is hiring a CORE Engineer to drive CORE and continuous improvement initiatives at PWCS-CAS. You will align CORE and SPS strategies with operational goals and support site transformation.

Responsibilities include deploying CORE principles, leading root cause analysis, and coordinating Lean activities; you will also support digital transformation with Power Platform tools and data‑driven improvements.

Formación

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) with 2–4 years experience or a Bachelor's in Engineering/CS.
• Systems aptitude; comfortable handling large data and MES/ERP.
• Project coordination with timelines and documentation management.
• Attention to detail; master data accuracy to avoid production stoppages.
• MES experience with Solumina G8 (iBase-t) or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Data skills using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Industry experience in Aerospace, MRO, or high‑mix manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy CORE principles across operations to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery goals.
• Serve as CORE Champion and provide training for tools and methods to cross‑functional teams.
• Support CORE projects aligning with site improvement roadmap.
• Lead root cause analysis sessions using CORE tools to resolve issues.
• Coordinate resources for CORE initiatives and facilitate Kaizen events and Lean Six Sigma activities.
