Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, invites applications for a CORE Engineer onsite at the Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair facility. The role focuses on driving CORE/SPS expertise and transformation plans to deliver operational excellence aligned with business objectives.

You will deploy CORE principles, support CCR, coordinate Kaizen events, and foster continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) with 2–4 years experience OR a Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong systems aptitude with ability to learn MES/ERP quickly.
• Proven project coordination skills and ability to manage timelines and documentation.
• Attention to detail to avoid master data errors that could stop production.

Responsibilities

• Drive CORE and continuous improvement initiatives within PWCS-CAS.
• Coordinate and facilitate CORE events and lean activities on the shop floor.
