Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technology solution implementation or architecture in core banking (deposits/loans).
• At least 3 years in microservices design architecture, Messaging (MQ/Kafka), Java/J2EE, Cloud, and end-to-end solution delivery for banks.
• Experience in financial services architecture with core banking focus is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end architectural design and governance for business capabilities and ensure adherence to architecture principles.
• Design end-to-end core banking solutions with emphasis on scalability, security, performance, and system integration.
• Define migration/cutover strategies for core banking modernization and data conversion approaches.
