Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in operational processing, data administration, records management, or document verification.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a structured, step-by-step working style.
• Ability to sustain focus and maintain zero-defect standards on high-volume, routine tasks.
• Proficient digital skills and ability to navigate multiple software interfaces and databases.
• Strong adherence to compliance frameworks, controls, and standard workflows.

Responsibilities

• Access and extract client files from designated archival repositories.
• Examine records to cross-reference and verify client identities.
• Cross-check data across internal databases and records to spot inconsistencies.
• Submit data maintenance requests within the central banking platform following SOPs.
• Input customer data with high precision and ensure all fields are complete.
• Comply with internal guidelines, checks, and escalation protocols.
• Track and document all processed tasks, pending cases, and backlog items.
• Report anomalies or errors promptly to leads or departments.
• Protect confidential client records with strict data privacy measures.
• Achieve turnaround and performance benchmarks while maintaining data integrity.
