Job summary

OFFICE SECRETARIES PTE. LTD. seeks an AI Agent Developer to translate business needs into practical AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI. The role supports delivery across Singapore or the Philippines, with a focus on secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.

You will prototype and productionize agents, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to rapid learning and adoption across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in CS/IS/SWE/AI/engineering or related field.
• Less than two years of relevant professional experience.
• Working understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompts and agent design.
• Knowledge of cloud services, data security and responsible AI.
• Programming basics in Python, C# or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into AI use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and configure agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Connect agents to SharePoint, Dataverse and other sources.
• Develop workflow-enabled agents and Azure/Microsoft Foundry components.
• Create user guides and support rollout, monitor adoption and quality.
