Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to manage operations across various projects, including 24-hour operations. Responsibilities include project coordination, staff supervision, and ensuring deliverables meet project specifications.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma and strong communication skills, is able to perform physical work, and is willing to travel. Experience in project coordination is advantageous. This role requires flexibility for rotational shifts and weekends.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of various projects (Including 24-hour operation Projects)
• Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects
• Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project
• Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care
• Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)
• Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval
• Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing
• Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements.
• Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client
• Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project.
• Planning and executing project budgets.
• Able to do hands-on work during the absence of the deployed project staff
• Motivating and supervising assigned staff.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Must be qualified with a relevant Diploma
• Able to do hands-on work (Physical work)
• Able to travel to multiple locations
• Able to work on rotational shifts & weekends (Off Day on weekdays)
• Experience in project coordination is an added advantage.
