Job summary

Royal Plaza On Scotts in Singapore seeks a Cook / Chef de Partie to join the award-winning Carousel F&B team. You will prepare daily items from A la Carte, Buffet and Catering menus, and staff mise-en-place and show cooking to SOP.

Based at the show cooking counter, you will ensure prompt replenishment of buffet items, attend to guest requests, and maintain high hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment under tight timelines.

• Prepare daily items from A la Carte, Buffet & Catering menus and standby mise-en-place and show cooking items that are consistent with the current SOP.
• Stationed at the show cooking counter, ensure prompt replenishment of buffet items and attend to guest requests timely.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment and operating equipment.
