EAT TASTE ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Cook for its central kitchen to prepare and cook food per company recipes and production schedules.

You will ensure MUIS Halal compliance, food safety, and hygiene standards while contributing to daily production targets in a fast-paced team environment, with weekend work possible.

The role requires 1–2 years of commercial kitchen experience, a basic knowledge of food hygiene, the ability to work independently or in a team, and reliability.

Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company recipes and production schedules while ensuring compliance with Halal, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and production requirements.
• Assist in bulk food preparation for daily production.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow MUIS Halal requirements during food preparation and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and production areas.
• Follow food safety regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with inventory checks and report stock shortages.
• Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Other Information

Salary: SGD 3,600-4,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Working Days: 6 days per week
