Job summary

Tian Tian Manpower (Pte). Ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor for the central kitchen/production line. You will oversee daily operations, maintain product quality, and ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and local safety regulations.

The role involves supervising staff, shift planning, and coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams. Overtime and weekend/PH work may be required in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or production supervision preferred
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMS and Singapore food safety regulations.
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and shift system
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer literacy (reports, records, etc.)
• Able to work overtime when required to meet production schedules.
• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills.
