Job summary

Rubios is hiring experienced Cooks to join our team in Singapore. You will prepare fresh, coastal-inspired dishes in a fast-paced kitchen and work closely with a friendly team to deliver consistently high-quality meals.

Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of all aspects in the restaurant industry; ability to quickly make and execute decisions regarding food quality, quantity needed, and when to clean
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to clearly communicate operational concerns with Management and co-workers (Bi-lingual Spanish a plus)
• Ability to follow direction from Management, as well as provide direction to Back-of-House (BOH) Team
• Requires assisting co-workers in other tasks or positions
• Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time
• Requires a high-level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods of time to prepare food items and to maintain cleanliness standards
• In compliance with CA Pay Transparency Regulations S.B. 1162 (Not Applicable to AZ or NV)
